Refund policy

Returns

If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be new, unused in their original packaging, and accompanied by a copy of your receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. 

 All returns must be pre-approved by Dance Deals.  Before shipping back your return, send us an email at zjmv@aol.com listing the item you are returning.  Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  All return packages must be insured.

Returns of several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate such as tights. In addition, Final Sale Items (discounted 50% or over) and Gift cards are not returnable.

Any item more than 30 days after delivery, not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and that does not meet the returns requirements above are not accepted for return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved we will issue you a refund or replacement.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  Shipping costs are not refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  A restocking fee 15% of order will be applied.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at dancedeals@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange an item for the same item, different size, etc;  just return to us following the return conditions with the packing slip explaining to us which item you would like to exchange and we will get it send out to you.   All costs incurred as a result of a customer requested exchange are the customer's responsibility.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves,  we will send a refund to the gift giver 

Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from our Sandy, Utah location within one to five business days of the order being placed.  Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination.  Please note - transit days are an estimate only and may vary depending on the carrier.  Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address.  We currently off free standard shipping.  If you choose other than the free shipping option, customer is responsible for the shipping charge.

 If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately.  All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

 Dancewear Inc. is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages.  Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation.  In these instances, Dancewear Inc  is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier.  This can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks.  Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control.  If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing.

We ship using the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories.  The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items being ordered.  All orders are shipped insured with tracking information.  Orders valued over $200 will require signature for delivery.

 Customer will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  All returns should be sent to our Sandy Warehouse,   Dancewear Inc, 3535 E Little CottonwoodLane, Sandy, Utah   84092

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
